Structure and implement strategic wealth transfer techniques. Counsel fiduciaries on post‑death and ongoing trust administration. Advise on the characterization of community and separate property. Collaborate with clients and their advisors on large-scale planning projects. Requirements Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to and good standing with the California State Bar. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in private client services. Independent drafting experience with estate planning and trust documents. Superior oral and written communication skills. Education Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the California State Bar. Skills Strong client relationship management.
