Real Estate Associate Mid-Level

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, development, land use, zoning, and commercial leasing. Duties Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties. Oversee real estate development projects. Handle land use and zoning matters. Negotiate and draft commercial leasing agreements. Collaborate with clients to provide effective legal solutions. Requirements 2-4 years of real estate law experience. Large law firm experience preferred; boutique firm experience considered. Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus. Excellent oral and research skills. Ability to manage small-to-mid sized matters efficiently. Member of the Texas or Florida Bar, or willingness to be admitted. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in Texas or Florida preferred. Skills Strong communication and client management skills. Proficient in legal research and writing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
