Patent Litigation Associate, Mid-Senior Level

Responsibilities Discuss technical details with engineers and developers; manage patent litigation cases, including driving contentions, participating in Markman proceedings, and conducting written and oral fact and expert discovery; interact directly with partners and clients; engage in complex cases within a global law firm environment. Qualifications and Experience Mid‑to senior‑level associate with at least 3 years of experience in patent litigation. Degree in technology‑related engineering, applied physics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent. Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. U.S. Bar membership. Location and Compensation San Francisco office. Expected base salary range: $260,000 to $390,000 per year, plus possible annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses.
