Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Job Description We’re currently seeking mid‑level litigation associates with four (4) to six (6) years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must. Requirements: Candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. Actual base salary may depend upon a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or will be performing the job. Eligible employees may receive a discretionary bonus based on performance.
