Employment Litigation Associate - Mid to Senior Level

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years' experience in employment litigation and a comprehensive understanding of federal and California employment laws. This role offers the opportunity to work on class action, PAGA, and single‑plaintiff matters. Responsibilities Handle employment litigation cases, including class action and PAGA matters. Manage single‑plaintiff employment litigation cases. Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal services. Requirements Minimum of four years' experience in employment litigation. Familiarity with federal and California employment laws. Class action and PAGA experience preferred. Membership or pending membership with the California State Bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications California State Bar membership or pending membership. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
