San Francisco - Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate

About the Role In this position, you will focus on high-stakes employment litigation, taking on significant responsibility in managing complex cases from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Litigating sophisticated California wage-hour class actions, PAGA cases, and complex discrimination and harassment matters. Drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery requests. Preparing and arguing key motions to advance case strategies. Preparing witnesses for depositions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Managing multiple litigation projects efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Partnering closely with team members to serve a diverse and dynamic client base on cutting-edge legal issues. What We're Looking For Must Have: 4 to 6 years of dedicated employment litigation experience. Active California State bar license in good standing. JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Strong academic credentials paired with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to thrive both independently and within a team-oriented culture. What's on Offer Salary Range: $230,000 – $260,000 annually (determined by relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity).
