Overview A top Mechanical Contractor in the Chicagoland area is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to lead new business development efforts within the HVAC sector. The role focuses on building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and closing deals that drive long-term value for clients and the company. Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and residential HVAC markets. Develop outreach strategies to engage prospective clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions that meet client needs. Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active account.
