Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations by sourcing materials and services, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining supplier compliance. Key Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions. Source materials and services while negotiating pricing and delivery terms. Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, resolve shortages, and ensure on‑time delivery. Maintain inventory levels and purchasing records. Review invoices and ensure compliance with supplier agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize procurement activities and improve processes. Qualifications Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations. Strong vendor management, negotiation, and organizational skills. Experience with purchase orders, inventory management, and supplier coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems is preferred.
