Job Title: Staffing Assistant/Recruitment Coordinator
Job Address: White Haven, PA 18661
Position Term: On-site
Shift: Mon-Fri 11:30am-8:00pm
Must Be:
Bilingual fluent in Spanish/English
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire temporary associates to support peak-season warehouse operations.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for Picker, Packer, Cherry Picker Operator, and Lumper positions.
Manage high-volume recruiting efforts to meet daily and weekly hiring goals.
Guide candidates through the onboarding process, including employment documentation and pre-employment screenings.
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Partner with warehouse leadership to forecast staffing needs and address workforce challenges.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment regulations.
Additionally:
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in staffing, recruiting, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
