$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Meet with qualified buyers and guide them through the home-buying process

• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

• Manage leads, appointments, and your sales pipeline using our CRM and proven sales systems

• Conduct property showings and help buyers evaluate homes based on their goals

• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts to help clients successfully close

• Deliver exceptional client service that generates referrals and repeat business

• Host team open houses and work assigned buyer opportunities

• Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching, and ongoing training to strengthen your skills and production

• Active Texas Real Estate Agent License required
