Lead Baker/Cook
The lead baker/cook role serves as point person in bakeshop, kitchen or cafe areas, and oversees daily operations. Prepares breads, pastries, and entrees, which may be used in multi campus system.
Required minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs)
- License/certifications: Serve Safe certified required within three months of hire.
- Experience: Three years of baking/cooking experience required.
