Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) on a hybrid schedule, splitting the week between our Manhattan offices and remote work. This is a W2 role with benefits, a steady caseload we build with you, and a real clinical community. You must already hold an active, clear New York LCSW license. What you will do: Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth. Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation. Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT clinicians. What we offer: A salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, plus a 5% performance bonus. Qualifications: An active and clear New York LCSW license. A master's degree in social work (MSW). At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient. Must be able to work a 40 hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week. Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients. A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
