ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021, and today Im proud to lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I spent several years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed in this business. Im very family-oriented married, with four kids and a grandchild and that same sense of family is at the heart of our office culture.

Community involvement matters to us, and we stay active through events like Donuts with Santa and other local initiatives that allow us to give back. Inside the agency, I work hard to maintain a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment. I value dependability, positivity, and people who genuinely enjoy being part of a team. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
