ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in December 2024 and is a growing team of three who are focused on building a strong foundation and delivering great service to our customers. Ive been with State Farm since May 2018, and that experience helped prepare me to open my own agency and create a culture built on hard work, support, and growth.

I attended Western Kentucky University, and outside of the office I enjoy playing pickleball and spending time with my two Golden Retrievers. Creating a positive environment where people enjoy both their work and life outside the office is important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Nick Nunley - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
