Health Counsel – Senior Counsel (Food Law Expertise) Hybrid role at Thomas Talent Network, LLC, Washington, D.C. Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel to join its Health Care & Life Sciences practice in the Washington, D.C., office. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in food law, with a strong focus on regulatory matters, transactions, and due diligence. Prior experience at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is highly preferred, and familiarity with U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) requirements is a plus. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials Minimum of six years of food law experience, including regulatory compliance, transactional support, and diligence Experience working with or at the FDA is required; USDA knowledge is beneficial Strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills This is an exciting opportunity to join a premier practice advising clients in the food and life sciences industries on complex regulatory and transactional matters.
