We're expanding and looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems.
• Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice and solutions.
• Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations efficiently, adhering to industry standards and pricing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure equipment is properly cleaned after service.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship and professional service.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly, in accordance with management guidelines.
• Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain and ensure the proper condition of the service truck and tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, building systems, and energy efficiency practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to present technical information clearly and professionally to customers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to perform service tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
• EPA 608 Certification
