NUIQ Wellness Lounge in Cleveland, OH is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team! This is your chance to shape the digital voice of a wellness brand and connect with a community passionate about health and self-care. If you live and breathe social media and love inspiring others, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, reels, stories, and written posts
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to foster brand engagement
- Track and analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, events, and wellness offerings
- Stay current on social media trends, wellness industry news, and competitor activity
- Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to expand reach
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role
- Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later), and analytics dashboards
- Strong content creation skills including basic graphic design and short-form video editing
- Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities
- Passion for wellness, health, and lifestyle branding
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Experience with paid social advertising is a plus
