Duties
Provide administrative support to staff and leadership.
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence.
Collect and organize medical and staff information.
Assist with the credentialing and privileging process.
Maintain accurate credentialing files and records.
Track credentialing applications, renewals, and deadlines.
Enter and update provider information in applicable databases.
Communicate with providers and staff regarding missing or needed documents.
