Key Responsibilities Conduct greenhouse trials and laboratory assays Prepare soils, plant materials, and chemical solutions Collect, manage, and ensure quality of research data Follow laboratory protocols and safety procedures Support maintenance of lab equipment and greenhouse operations Qualifications BS/BA or Associate Degree in Plant Biology, Soil Science, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or related field Experience with plants, greenhouse work, or laboratory research preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear respiratory protection when required Ideal candidates are passionate about agricultural science, plant research, and working in a collaborative R&D environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
