Zur Verstärkung suchen wir für unseren Standort in Sassnitz auf Rügen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Food Safety and QMS Manager (w/m/d) . Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für das Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsmanagement (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS, HACCP) Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von QA-Verbesserungsprojekten sowie Risikobewertungen von Rohstoffen Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von internen und externen Audits Koordination und Weiterentwicklung technischer Schulungsprogramme für Mitarbeitende und Linienverantwortliche Sicherstellung von Hygiene, GMP und Qualitätsstandards entlang der gesamten Produktionskette Verantwortung für Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsaspekte im eigenen Bereich Dein Profil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in der Lebensmittelproduktion Abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets Fundierte Kenntnisse in HACCP, relevanten EG-Anforderungen sowie Hygienestandards in der Produktion Erfahrung in hygienischer Gestaltung von Produktionsumgebungen Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie strategisches Denkvermögen Hohes Maß an interkultureller Kompetenz und idealerweise Erfahrung in multikulturellen Teams Das erwartet dich bei uns Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in einem zukunftsorientierten Unternehmen in einem vielseitigen und abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsumfeld Zuschuss zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge Kostenloser Parkplatz Bezuschussung zumJobticket/Deutschlandticket Flexible Arbeitszeiten Als Teil der international agierenden Thai Union Group , einem weltweit führenden Anbieter von Seafood , ist die Rügen Fisch GmbH in ein starkes globales Netzwerk eingebunden.
