Barista

Barista Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL 34221 We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently. Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas. Handle cash register transactions and process payments accurately. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
