With three bustling locations, we’re looking to grow our team as our business expands.
We’re seeking energetic, efficient, and warm individuals to join Layla Bagels as Bakery team members at our Culver City commissary. Bakery team members are responsible for::
- Ensuring excellent bagel quality and consistency
- Mastering all bakery stations, including shaping, rolling, proofing, baking, pastry, cleaning, and side tasks
- Liaising with stores to arrange procurement, calibrate order quantity, and intake customer feedback
- Collaborating effectively with team members throughout shifts
- Taking and giving feedback in the promotion of a culture of growth and development
- Maintaining food quality, building safety, and sanitation standards

The bakery operates on a night production schedule, with shifts starting at 7 p.m. and ending around 3:30 a.m.
