Your role will involve:Performing daily, routine, and preventive maintenance tasks to keep facility operations running safely and efficiently.Completing building and exterior repairs, including work on doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and other facility components.Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues while supporting equipment reliability and production uptime.Partnering with maintenance and production teams to identify process improvements, optimize equipment performance, and support production goals.Assisting with developing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, production output, and manufacturing processes.Coordinating with equipment suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to complete maintenance projects and operational improvements.What You'll Bring:High school diploma or GED required.At least one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related field.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience using power tools such as drills, grinders, impacts, and saws.Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities; bilingual English and Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.What You Can Look Forward To:A full-time overnight schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with some Saturdays as needed.The opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving manufacturing operations.A collaborative work environment where maintenance and production teams work together to drive continuous improvement.Exposure to a variety of maintenance, facility, equipment, and process improvement projects.A work environment that may include wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, extreme cold, elevated heights, and moderate to loud noise levels.Physical requirements that include frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, reaching, and using hands, as well as occasional sitting, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.In the Van Drunen Family of Companies, commitment to excellence is in everything we do!
