Senior Product Owner

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Product Owner - Louisiana will manage the team backlog of user stories, defects, and enablers while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and product delivery teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and driving product initiatives. Key responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document stakeholders' business needs and requirements, translating them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria Prioritize and manage the agile delivery team's backlog to ensure maximum value alignment with product strategy and business goals Champion agile practices within the team, coaching members and leading planning and execution of relevant ceremonies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related IT field, or four years of equivalent experience Minimum of four years in business analysis, systems analysis, project management, or a related field Experience with enterprise-level software and familiarity with Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps Understanding of health payer regulations such as HIPAA and advanced business process mapping skills SAFe, Scrum, or relevant project management certifications preferred
