Human Resources Manager - Leading Regional Firm

Our client, a highly regarded, leading regional law firm, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their New Jersey office. This is a key leadership role supporting firmwide HR operations and partnering closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day human resources functions across the firm Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives related to hiring, retention, employee relations, and compliance Shape HR policies, support staff development, and maintain a positive and productive workplace culture Lead firmwide recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives in compliance with employment laws and best practices Assess staffing needs and maintain appropriate staffing ratios across departments Collaborate on administration of benefits programs, including 401(k) and profit-sharing plans Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements Please apply to Bridgeline Solutions today! #J-18808-Ljbffr Bridgeline Solutions
