Role Summary Boswell seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to expand technical talent acquisition across engineering and professional services divisions. The role focuses on identifying and engaging high‑caliber professionals (PEs, PMPs, LSRPs) who proactively staff Site/Civil, Power and Energy – Electric Utilities, Highway Design, Construction Management, Municipal, Environmental, and Water Services departments. Key Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and professional roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Specialized Technical Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and professional associations, focusing on engineering disciplines. Strategic Departmental Hiring Manager Support: Collaborate with department heads to understand technical requirements and future hiring needs, vetting managers and candidates. Market Intelligence: Stay current on engineering, construction, and electric utility industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights. Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, working with leadership to structure competitive offers based on candidate qualifications, market data, equity, and retention. Candidate Experience: Deliver high‑quality, inclusive, end‑to‑end candidate experiences reflecting Boswell’s values. Workforce Planning & Talent Pipeline Development: Forecast hiring needs, build proactive talent pipelines, and present promising candidates ahead of postings. Compliance: Maintain in‑depth knowledge of OFCCP, VEVRAA, EEOC, DOL requirements within pre‑hire ATS. Required Qualifications & Skills At least 7+ years of targeted technical talent acquisition experience in engineering disciplines (Electric Utilities, Civil, Structural, Environmental, Water Resources, Municipal, Project Management, Construction Oversight). Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field; preferred PHR or SPHR certifications and SHRM or regional HR membership. Active LinkedIn profile with strategic outreach, creative posts, and connections to relevant technical groups. Proven success in recruiting and vetting licensed Professional Engineers, LSRPs, CMEs, and PMPs. Deep technical knowledge of roles and skill sets within engineering, construction oversight, and project management. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to articulate value proposition, and build long‑term relationships with highly skilled professionals. Full life‑cycle sourcing and onboarding experience within an in‑house corporate TA environment. Thorough understanding of OFCCP, VEVRAA, EEOC, and DOL compliance, including mock audit experience. Strong desire to learn technical requirements and ability to lead Boswell Talent Acquisition. Compensation, Benefits & Growth Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year. Pay is based on experience, certifications, and other factors.
