Job Title : Automation Engineer



Location: Libertyville, IL

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with automation, molding, and assembly equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, robots, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on automation equipment.
• Replace worn components and calibrate sensors and actuators.
• Support robotic equipment and auxiliary molding systems.
• Provide technical support to ensure smooth and reliable production.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment optimization.
• Maintain compliance with applicable ISO, FDA, and GMP standards.

Required Skills
