HHA / STNA - Help People at Home - Summit County

What Your Day Looks Like You drive to clients’ homes and help them with daily tasks such as bathing, getting dressed, preparing meals, light cleaning, running errands, and providing companionship. Most clients are older adults who need help staying independent. The work is physical and requires you to be on your feet most of the day. Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light cleaning, errands, and companionship. Move clients around within the home as needed. Follow company policies, maintain client safety, and report incidents within 24 hours. Maintain punctuality, clock‑in/out, and communication with the office. Qualifications STNA license (active or expired) or HHA certificate, or 1+ year experience supervised by an RN or LPN. Verified background check including fingerprinting. Valid driver’s license and own car with insurance covering work driving. Legal right to work in the United States, at least 18 years old. Minimum availability 20 hours per week, between 6 AM and 8 PM (most work 8 AM–5 PM). Benefits & Compensation Pay: $18/hour for STNA, $16–18/hour for HHA, $16/hour for training pathway. 10% extra on holidays; paid every two weeks by direct deposit; W‑2 position. Raises: +$0.50/hour at 90‑day review, +$0.50/hour at 1‑year review, +$1.00/hour at 2‑year review based on performance. Bonuses: $100 after 30 days perfect attendance, referral bonuses up to $300, private‑pay client referral bonuses $75–$1,500.
