Front Desk AgentThe Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey, from arrival to departure. As the first and last point of contact for guests, this role plays a critical part in shaping the overall guest experience and ensuring each stay reflects the Forbes Four-Star standards and luxury service culture of The Inn & Club at Harbour Town.The ideal candidate is guest-focused, professional, and passionate about hospitality, with the ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns with confidence, and create personalized experiences that exceed expectations. This position requires outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.Front Desk Agents are expected to build meaningful relationships with guests, provide knowledgeable recommendations about resort amenities and local attractions, and serve as ambassadors of The Inn & Club at Harbour Town. They must be committed to delivering service excellence, fostering guest loyalty, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.Prior guest relations, front desk, hotel, resort, or customer service experience is required.
