Business Operations Manager AFANDI Diamonds & Designs Terrell & Forney, Texas AFANDI Diamonds & Designs is a growing luxury jewelry company specializing in custom jewelry, repairs, appraisals, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a proactive, organized, and driven Business Operations Manager to help improve our operations, develop our team, and build the systems that will take our company to the next level. This is not a desk job. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and enjoys building efficient, high-performing teams. What You'll Do Lead daily operations across both locations Improve communication and workflow between departments Hold team members accountable to company standards Track KPIs and operational performance Lead daily huddles and weekly operations meetings Improve processes and implement new systems Help recruit, onboard, and develop employees Work directly with the owner on company growth We're Looking For Someone Who Has 3+ years of leadership or operations experience Is highly organized and proactive Communicates exceptionally well Enjoys improving systems and solving problems Leads by example and holds others accountable Thrives in a fast-paced environment Why AFANDI?
