Clinical Applications Analyst

TCI has an immediate need for a Clinical Applications Analyst in Louisville, KY. This is not a C2C opportunity. Work is on-site.

The Clinical Applications Analyst II will be responsible for application training and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing problem solving and implementation skills, and/or as a team member to implement, upgrade and support complex application systems.
• Ensuring that all systems are fully tested before implementation into production. Documenting and describing complex processes and procedures relating to current and future systems environments.
• Training and educating users on system functionality and capability.
• Providing mentoring and training in the areas of system analysis & design, specification development and documentation, end user training and client methodologies.
• Providing 24x7 application support on rotation as needed.
• Must have experience supporting clinical application/EMR, including problem resolution, account provisioning, basic system configuration. Prefer experience with Rehabilitation business and applications.
• In office (Support Center, Louisville) for first two weeks to orient and then at minimum three days per week in office/2 days remote--candidate can choose remote days.
