Client Solutions Executive

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Client Solutions Executive to help grow and support our technology solutions business. This role is responsible for identifying client needs, developing strategic relationships, and delivering customized managed services and IT solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new and existing customer technology needs and recommend managed services solutionsDevelop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generationBuild relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and referral networksConduct sales presentations and communicate solutions effectively to customersManage customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationshipsNegotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service agreementsResolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teamsDevelop account plans, sales goals, and growth strategies for assigned accountsFollow up on projects, opportunities, and customer requests to ensure satisfactionQualificationsExperience in sales, business development, or account managementStrong prospecting, lead development, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of enterprise technology solutions such as Cisco, Juniper, HPE, Microsoft, or similar platformsExcellent presentation, communication, and consultative sales abilitiesStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesUnderstanding of contract terminology and business agreementsRelevant vendor certifications are a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
