Farmers Insurance - Northwest District is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative to work out of one of our thriving agencies. If you thrive in a fastpaced, goaloriented environment and enjoy connecting with people to drive new business, this role is for you.
This role is specifically designed as a stepping stone for future entrepreneurs ; we provide the roadmap and hands-on experience necessary to eventually transition into running your own agency. We will teach you everything you need to know, and you will continue growing your knowledge with our mentorship and training.

Responsibilities- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and community engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
- Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Prepare quotes, present solutions, and close sales to meet production goals
- Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance)
- Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
