Senior Mortgage Processor

Managing the processing of real estate loans, the full-time Senior Mortgage Processor will review documentation for completeness, pre-screen loan applications, and communicate with members and team members in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Review file documentation for completeness and manage a pipeline of assigned loans to meet production targets Prepare necessary documentation for loans, including regulatory disclosures, and coordinate with underwriters for final approvals Communicate effectively with members and internal teams regarding loan processing status and requirements Required qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience as a real estate loan processor Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school Current knowledge of real estate lending criteria (FNMA, FHLMC) Proficiency in basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in processes and technology
