Responsibilities Execute comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify and resolve complex mechanical failures in climate control systems. Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system lifespan and ensure peak operational performance for our clients. Manage the end-to-end installation of modern heating and cooling units, ensuring all work meets rigorous industry standards. Deliver high-quality service experiences by clearly communicating technical findings and solutions to homeowners. Document all service activities, parts usage, and system status updates to maintain accurate service histories. Contribute to team success by sharing technical insights and participating in collaborative problem-solving sessions. Uphold strict safety standards and regulatory compliance during every field interaction. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in HVAC service, repair, and installation. Active EPA certification for refrigerant handling. Advanced proficiency in using specialized diagnostic tools and HVAC testing equipment. Demonstrated ability to solve complex mechanical problems independently. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on professional client communication. Preferred Skills Current MA Oil Burner License or relevant state-specific certifications.
