About the Role
The Company is in need of a Temporary / Contract Head of Human Resources / HRBP / Generalist to oversee all HR business functions for the organization. This includes a wide range of responsibilities such as recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and employee relations. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial, diligent, and inherent leader, capable of working effectively across all levels of the growing firm. The role is pivotal in managing the HR aspects of the business and ensuring that the company's human resources are in line with its growth and development. The ideal candidate for this role at the company should be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR management. They must be adept at handling the full spectrum of HR activities and be able to adapt to the dynamic needs of a startup environment. A degree in a relevant field is required, and experience in a similar generalist HR role is essential. The Head of HR will be instrumental in shaping the company's culture, supporting its employees, and driving the business forward through effective HR practices.
