CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) | $50/Hour

Join a therapist-led team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting where collaboration, communication, and quality patient care are at the heart of what we do.

• SNF experience preferred, but we welcome therapists who are looking to expand their experience
