We are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations to assess their physical, cognitive abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' daily functioning and independence.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapy license in WI.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
