About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Hampton Nursing and Rehab, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, and that their needs are met with compassion and respect.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patients' conditions

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment, and progress

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
