PRN Mobile Phlebotomist / Examiner Field-Based (Travel Required) | Flexible / Dynamic Are you a phlebotomist looking for a dynamic role that gets you out of the lab and into the community? In this independent and flexible role, you will be the face of our company, providing top‑on‑site care and diagnostic services to clients both in our centers and on the go. Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $21 - $30 / hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certificates. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus and a 401(k) plan with a fully vested match up to 5% after one year. What You’ll Do Provide hands‑on care: conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces, take basic vitals, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable. Manage specimens with precision: accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport. Be a mobile ambassador: travel locally to meet clients, ensuring a flexible schedule while maintaining top‑tier customer service. Stay tech‑connected: use company technology to confirm appointments, status cases, and upload completed exams to the portal within 24–48 hours. Keep operations smooth: assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members. Qualifications & Skills Detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy professional who values compliance, adaptability, independence, and customer satisfaction. Required Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification based on state requirements. Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws. Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration. Must have reliable internet access, a computer, and a printer. Transportation Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience. Motor vehicle record with no more than 2 moving‑violation convictions within the previous 36 months, with none in the most recent 12 months.
