Salesforce Systems Analyst

General Summary As a member of Qualcomm’s globally diverse IT organization, you will work closely with several other Salesforce Administrators/Developers in the development and maintenance of Qualcomm’s Salesforce product offering. Salesforce disciplines span ServiceCloud, SalesCloud, Communities and various custom applications. Your ability to gather user requirements and translate them into meaningful specifications and implementations, along with agile development methodology and the capacity to diagnose and resolve customer break/fix issues, will serve you well in this position. Responsibilities Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals. Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into well‑architected solutions. Conduct daily meetings with global development team members. Manage daily support and maintenance of assigned Salesforce applications. Consult with internal stakeholders to build short‑ and long‑term roadmap and milestones. Integrate Salesforce applications with on‑premise systems using web services or ETL processes. Work independently and in a team environment. Have 2+ years of proven work experience building and delivering technical implementations of customer projects. Have 1+ year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a large corporate organization (SFDC certification preferred). Have 1+ year of experience developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, JavaScript and the AJAX Toolkit. Have experience with object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts (including SOQL). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. OR Bachelor’s degree in a non‑technical field (e.g., Business, Humanities, Marketing) and 1+ year of IT‑relevant work experience. OR High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of IT‑relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON), Informatica Cloud ETL processes. Pay Range and Benefits $35.58 - $53.36 per hour.
