They are seeking a highly organized Program Operations Coordinator to oversee the logistics of online education programs, ensuring a seamless experience for both students and instructors. Position Summary The Program Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all operational aspects of online educational programs. This individual will manage student communications, coordinate course logistics, maintain multiple technology platforms, and ensure every program runs efficiently from enrollment through course completion. Responsibilities Coordinate all logistics related to online courses and student enrollment. Serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey. Manage and maintain program information within HubSpot CRM . Schedule and coordinate virtual sessions using Zoom . Administer course content, enrollments, and student progress within Canvas LMS . Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and platforms. Coordinate communications with instructors and internal stakeholders. Monitor course schedules, registrations, attendance, and completion metrics. Troubleshoot basic platform and student issues while escalating technical concerns when necessary. Support continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows. Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, program coordination, customer success, educational administration, or a related field. Experience working with HubSpot CRM , Zoom , and Canvas LMS (or similar learning management systems). Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting online education, higher education, or EdTech organizations. Experience coordinating virtual training programs or online learning initiatives. Familiarity with CRM systems and learning management platforms.
