What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors). Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no‑obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection. Develop top‑tier communication and sales skills through hands‑on training. Compete in fun challenges with your team while earning bonuses and incentives.
