In-House Video Creator-Trainer

$30,000 per year

We need a creative In-House Video Creator to produce engaging video content for our car dealership. You will film, edit, and share dynamic videos for our social media platforms. Your work will showcase our vehicle inventory, customer stories, and dealership culture to help drive car sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality walkaround videos of new and used car inventory, service advisors, technicians and parts department 
• Create fast-paced, trendy short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce customer delivery highlights, team spotlights, and promotional event videos.
• Manage the full video production process from planning and filming to editing and final upload.
• Stay up to date with automotive marketing trends and social media video styles.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to highlight weekly specials and promotions.
• Work with our sales, service and parts staff
• Become certified with OEM to train on product

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in video production, videography, and video editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
• Expert knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Cap Cut).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what makes content engaging or viral.
• Creative mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (must be able to safely move and film vehicles on the lot).
