Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to support smooth operations
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products properly
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to support timely service
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
• Basic knowledge of food preparation methods, kitchen equipment, and safety practices
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established standards consistently
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
