(St Rose, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Spares Administrative Support Clerk to support inventory, purchasing, logistics, and administrative operations within the spares department. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory records, processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and providing customer support.

Essential Duties:

• Operate the company ERP system for inventory, purchasing, receiving, and job-related transactions.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliations.

• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation.

• Review inventory reports and match invoices to purchase orders for accounting processing.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, returns, and warranty claims.

• Assist with spare parts logistics, stock transfers, and shipment tracking.

• Communicate with customers, vendors, shop personnel, and other departments regarding parts and inventory needs.

• Receive freight shipments as needed and provide backup support for shipping activities.

• Maintain accurate records and comply with company procedures and quality standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned and support weekend operations when required.

Requirements/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience with ERP systems, inventory control, purchasing, or administrative support preferred.

• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• Customer service experience and professional communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.

• Ability to use standard office equipment and work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
