Production Supervisor

First Shift Production Supervisor (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

We are seeking a hands-on, bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish) to lead first shift operations on the production floor. This individual will drive production efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and lead a diverse workforce while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff, ensuring clear communication in English and Spanish
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols across the facility
• Conduct shift meetings and maintain accurate production and performance records
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating as needed
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
• Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or packaging environments
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production tracking systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
