Location: Delaware, OH, 43015 Requisition #: 658926 Job Description The Administrative Support Worker will assist management with administrative tasks including ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The worker will work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Compensation Hourly rate: $24.00 to $28.00. Job Responsibilities Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors. Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources, including filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance. Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls as necessary. Maintain office memos and informative postings. Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office. Qualifications Prior administrative experience preferred. Solid understanding of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
