As a Home Care Coordinator, you'll serve as the vital connection between our clients, caregivers, and office team—ensuring high-quality care, seamless scheduling, and an outstanding experience for everyone we serve.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments to ensure uninterrupted care

• Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers regarding schedules and care needs

• Assist with new client intake, onboarding, and service coordination

• Monitor caregiver attendance, performance, and compliance requirements

• Maintain accurate client and employee records

• Support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and training

• Ensure excellent client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality assurance

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries professionally

• Collaborate with leadership to support daily office operations and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, staffing, or office administration preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience is a plus

• Compassionate, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset

• High school diploma or equivalent required (healthcare-related education or experience is an advantage)
