Peake Pointe Care Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our growing home care agency. This position is responsible for managing office administration, client intake, caregiver paperwork, document tracking, phone support, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, able to multitask, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Assist with new client intake and onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain client and caregiver files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Enter and update information in agency software systems.
- Track required documents, certifications, and renewals.
- Follow up with clients, caregivers, and referral sources as needed.
- Assist with caregiver onboarding and personnel file management.
- Prepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, and office documents.
- Monitor email communications and respond appropriately.
- Support scheduling and office operations as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information.
- Provide general administrative support to agency leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous office, administrative, customer service, healthcare, or home care experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with home care, healthcare, or human services.
- Experience with electronic record systems and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
